Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

2. Conditions for Refund and Return

Customers may be eligible for a refund or return under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was sent.
  • The product is defective or damaged in shipping.
  • The product is tampered with or does not meet specified quality standards.
  • The item was not delivered within the agreed timeframe.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not allowed in the following cases:

  • If the product was custom-made for the customer.
  • If a defect arises due to improper handling by the customer.

4. Reporting Timeframe

Customers must report any issues within 7 days of receiving the product.
